This integration increases successful hire rates by seamlessly increasing a candidate's clinical knowledge, enabling them to learn from the premier evidence-based content found within the Wolters Kluwer Health product suite.
Prophecy's clinical competency testing solution identifies whether a nurse has the job knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide safe patient care, while pinpointing specific areas for education.
