Information and point-of-care solutions provider Wolters Kluwer Health, US, has announced its support for National Health IT (NHIT) Week, a week-long celebration of the value of health IT taking place September 16-20, 2013.
Now in its eighth year, NHIT Week is a collaborative forum assembling key healthcare constituents - vendors, provider organizations, payers, pharmaceutical/biotech companies, government agencies, industry/professional associations, research foundations, and consumer protection groups - working together to elevate national attention to the necessity of advancing health IT.
With the theme One Voice, One Vision: Transforming Health and Care, NHIT Week brings together policy makers and influencers for various events throughout the week, including a press conference, technology showcase and policy summit.
