Wolters Kluwer in deal with the Physician Assistant Education Association to publish the Journal of Physician Assistant Education -

Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of information for healthcare professionals and students, has announced an agreement with the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) to publish its official title, the Journal of Physician Assistant Education (JPAE), effective with the March 2015 issue. Published quarterly, JPAE is an important forum for those involved in the education and training of physician assistants, whose numbers have grown dramatically in recent years. This peer-reviewed journal offers educators a resource for sharing ideas and innovations for advancing the training of the next generation of physician assistants.

Beginning with the March 2015 issue of the Journal of Physician Assistant Education, authors and reviewers will have an enhanced and streamlined electronic manuscript submission, review, and tracking process available at http://www.editorialmanager.com/paea/default.aspx.

The Journal of Physician Assistant Education, indexed in the National Library of Medicine's MEDLINE database, is dedicated to advancing physician assistant (PA) education by publishing ethically produced, scholarly manuscripts germane to PA educators and by providing a forum for the sharing of ideas and innovations that will enhance the education of PA students. Peer-reviewed and published on a quarterly basis, the journal is a benefit of membership in PAEA, the only national organisation in the United States representing PA educational programs.
