Scientific and technical publisher Woodhead Publishing Limited, UK, has announced the acquisition of the list of published and forthcoming books from Biohealthcare Publishing (Oxford) Limited. The list will in future be published under the Woodhead Publishing imprint as a biomedical series and will be available both in print and on Woodhead's e-platform, Woodhead Publishing Online.
Woodhead takes over the supply of books from March 16, 2012, and expects to have the list available on Woodhead Publishing Online by the end of April 2012. Distribution in the UK will move from Turpin to Combined Book Services and, in North America, from BookMasters to Ingram Publisher Services.
Glyn Jones will continue to commission new titles for the list whilst working from the Chandos Publishing office in Witney, near Oxford, UK.
